What exactly does 23Witness do and sell?

23Witness is a new online sneaker shop that only sells 100% Authentic sneakers. The goal is to bring you exclusive, or general released sneakers at great prices, hassle free. I mainly deal with Nike/Jordan products, but am always open to exploring something new. I pride myself on doing honest and good business as all buyers should be treated that way.

Where are you located? 

Located in FL, United States. We do not have a store front but you are welcome to contact for arrangements to pick up shoes.

How do you ship?

All on hand items will ship within 1 business day. Pre-Orders will ship the day or next business day after receiving them. I only ship via FedEx and always use signature confirmation as well as double boxing the shoes. I only ship to the lower 48 states of the U.S. Shipping is $15 and if you buy two pairs, the price will be $23 for shipping.

What is your return policy? 

I do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges. Due to this, I would appreciate you to look at all of the detailed pictures I provide and to also thoroughly read the item description so you are fully aware of what you are paying for. Exceptions are sometimes made if you contact me but please be aware that I will charge a 15% restocking fee and you must ship the shoes back to me as I will not provide you with a label.

Do you double box the shoes?

Of course, I double box all the shoes in order to maintain the mint condition of the box and guarantee the freshness of the kicks.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We receive our payments via Paypal, Paypal users and guests can use their credit card, debit cards or Paypal balance to pay for the purchase.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
